Pesto

3 cups salad greens (we often use baby spinach)

1 clove garlic
·
1/3 cup pine nuts (can substitute pecans or
walnuts - we usually use pecans)
·
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
·
1/4 tsp (or more) Sea salt (to taste)
·
Olive oil
Combine first 5
ingredients in a blender and enough olive oil to get the blender to blend it
all together.
