World's Best Chocolate Chip Cookies (freakin amazin'!)

·         2 1/2 cubes butter

·         1 1/4 c dark brown sugar

·         1 c granulated sugar

·         2 eggs

·         2 tsp vanilla

·         3 2/3 c flour

·         2 Tbsp corn starch

·         1 1/4 tsp baking soda

·         1 1/2 tsp baking powder

·         1 1/2 tsp salt

·         2-2 ½  c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and combine; stir in chocolate chips. Chill the dough before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 ½ minutes (using a 1" scoop).
